This is something that many don’t think about, make a plan before it happens!
Shtf can be any kind of scenario, economic collapse, food crisis, martial law, zombie apocalypse, doomsday.. it dosen’t matter, if shtf you will need to have a plan. Who will do what? When will they do it? How will they do it?
If you are prepared but don’t have a plan, then you won’t do aswell as you thought you would. This is crucial for your survival in a shtf situation.

The most valuable lesson? I think this post will be the most important thing I will ever write about, atleast in my eyes.
We do live in difficult times, but what can we really do about it? You need to start with yourself. One person can not save the world, but one person can influence others and start a trend.
Where can you start? Do not forget where your heart stands! This is the most important thing of all. If you remember at all times how you really feel inside your heart and know what burns in your heart, then nothing can strike you down. And not until you really know where your heart stands can you change yourself for the better. And when you start to understand then you will be able to influence others.

Recent headlines reveal that the United States government has also secretly funded bioweapons research that resulted in the development of super-deadly flu strains that could wipe out far more than just 15 percent of the human population. As revealed in recent news headlines:
“Scientists agreed Friday to a 60-day moratorium on research into a modified avian flu virus that has been demonstrated to be more transmissible among mammals. That may be precisely the point, it turns out. There is no better way to promote the vaccine profits of the pharmaceutical industry than to actually release an engineered bioweapon virus into the wild. And there is no faster way to reduce the world population than to engineer either a vaccine or a weaponized flu virus that burns through the human population, targeting those of an “undesirable” genetic profile who need to be “cleansed” from the human gene pool.
This about this the next time you think about purchasing Microsoft Office, Windows or some other Microsoft product. By doing so, you are funding what could very well be a global eugenics agenda with the ultimate goal of wiping out a significant proportion of the human race.

We live in a time where you can’t go to a store and buy regular gum without there being Aspartame in it.
But what really is Aspartame?
Aspartame is an artificial non-saccharide sweetner used as sugar substitute and was discovered in 1965 by the company Searle. Searle’s own studies on monkeys showed that a big amount of the monkeys died and got cancer. Due to these kinds of studies it took Searle three seperate attempts in the 1970’s to get an approval to use Aspartame. In 1981 Aspartame was approved by FDA, with the product branded as “NutraSweet”, as a table top sweetner and in 1983 the FDA approved Aspartame to be used in carbonated beverages.
Now we have studies in mainstream news from EU that shows that there are lower birth weights, early births and miscarriages from women who drink soft drinks with Aspartame in it, like Coca Cola Zero.
The way that Aspartame is created is by feeding toxic waste to a bacteria known as E. Coli and then the bacteria defecates matter that is gentically engineered to become Aspartame.
Aspartame has so many side effects that I wont be able to list them all in this post. But some of the major things are blindness, birth defects, epileptic seizures, severe depression, anxiety, personality changes, high blood pressure, palpitations, menstrual changes and most importantly, DEATH.
